The Member Distributor must have attained the minimum age of 18 years old at the time of appointment.
In line with the objectives of RPC, anyone who wish to be appointed as a Member Distributor, he or she must apply to RPC by filling up the Member Distributorship Application Form and sign the Member Distributorship Agreement.
In the event the Member Distributor introduces a new Member Distributor to RPC, as a reward, RPC will pay the Member Distributor 1% as Referral Commission (RC) based on the monthly purchases/sales of the new Member Distributor.
If any Member Distributor cease to be a distributor or becomes an inactive distributor, this Referral Commission payment shall cease.
If the Member Distributor total monthly personal purchases/sales is RM50,000-00 and above, he or she will get Direct Sales Profit (DSP) of 3% only.
If the Member Distributor total monthly personal purchases/sales is less than RM50,000-00, he or she will get Direct Sales Profit (DSP) of 2% only.
RPC hereby agrees to contribute 1% based on the Member Distributor’s monthly purchases/sales towards RPC Dialysis Charity Fund for the setting up of RPC Dialysis Centres for the poor and less fortunate. However, the management of RPC Charity Fund will be solely at the full discretion of RPC’s management and/or appointed Board of Trustees and the accounts of this Fund will be audited by an independent auditor.
RPC may from time to time organise meetings, charity events and travelling to promote goodwill and friendships. All Member Distributors are encouraged to participate.
Both parties may terminate the Member Distributorship Agreement by giving one month notice in writing. In such event, all dues to either party must be fully settled within this one month period.
The Member Distributor hereby agrees to pay a yearly distributorship administrative fee of RM100 per year . This fee is subject to changes in the future and will be decided at the full discretion of RPC.
RPC reserves the full right to amend or make changes in the agreement as they deem necessary by issuing written notices to the Member Distributor. If the Member Distributor do not agree to accept the changes, he or she must inform RPC to terminate the Member Distributorship Agreement and all monies due to each other must be fully settled within one month from the date of termination.
At all times, RPC reserves the full right to reject or revoke the distributorship of any Member Distributor as and when the management deems fit without giving any reason whatsoever. All monies due to each other must be fully settled within one month from the date of such termination.
All written notices will be sent to each party’s last known address by A.R. Registered Post/Courier Service and will be deemed delivered and received even if there are changes and no notification of such change of address was given.
Note : The Member Distributor must acknowledge by signing at the column below that he or she has read this Member Distributorship Agreement and fully agreed to the terms and conditions stated herein.
